Show the reason why a transaction was declined. I didn't rock up to a 6500 dollar invoice with insufficient credit or incorrect digits. I would be useful to know if the problem was something I could fix.

this is the second time I have asked for an itemized bill and the bill to have an invoice number on it so I can keep better records. if this is not addressed, I may have to speak with the owner.

Your system won't le
Your system won't let my business account pay a business bill through Venmo - as far as I'm concerned, that means you don't allow Venmo payments. A big drag.

There was not an opt
There was not an option to select the amount I wanted to pay so it took the full amount. I'm not a happy customer.

bank transfers are a
bank transfers are a bookkeeping nightmare. Your system did not allow me to make a note of what the payment is for. The only thing that shows up on my bank statement is ACH xxxx with last 4 digits of your account number, making it nearly impossible to categorize the transaction for bookkeeping.
