I don't want a zippe
I don't want a zipped file when I download my receipt/confirmation. I want a pdf that I can easily save and attach to my Quickbooks files. This is a pain in the ass.

i schedule payments
i schedule payments every monday and when the date of payment arrives i get an email saying my invoice is due and hasn't been paid. the scheduling doesnt work. im using a credit card so it's not a funds issue

A summary page, just
A summary page, just 1 page of all elements transacted on a particular job would be good. I had trouble with incremental emails and getting confused about Invoices versus, payments versus payment link emails etc.

Tips really. It's a Bill I pay every month. I'm not fond of see people throw their request for a tip in my face for just doing billing. if I get another, I might just pay this way. what's next. IRS requesting a tip.

The guys who cleaned my windows and screens were so nice and polite. They did a wonderful job and quickly. That's why I keep getting them back for the last 7nyears.

I'm objecting to hav
I'm objecting to having to pay the fuel charge. Gas prices were only up for a few weeks and back down now. I've had to pay the increase in gas for my work as well and never charged a fuel fee. I hope this doesn't continue. Thank you!

I don't understand why you need my telephone number to process a credit card charge. Now, this telephone number will be shared without my consent to anyone who is willing to pay Intuit the proper amount. It's very disappointing that private information is not kept private.
