The receipt is a pdf
The receipt is a pdf file. But I can't save it to my desktop to store for my records. Saving the receipt is the most important feature yet it is not available. Too complex!

Allow debit cards , apple pay , or pay pal, or I won’t use you. Every sub contractor that uses quick books gets a check from me cause nobody wants to give out the account number , this is stupid ,fix this

Your mandatory conve
Your mandatory convenience fee is a scam when it's the only option to pay. These fees should be imposed on the biller without penalty to the person forced to use the service. This is part of price gouging. Your service sucks. Try billing the company.

Make it so receipts
Make it so receipts and invoices can be printed from Success screen pop up. It's annoying to have to download them. Just offer the choice to download and/or print
