  1. Make it actually work.

    I can’t pay on mobile. Just error try again later messages for two days straight.

  2. Every time I log on to pay it just keeps buffering. It takes too many attempts to pay. Instead of saving time it is a waste of time.

  5. Paypal

    Maybe a more easier and popular method. This is something new that many people may not trust and automactically know how to use. I've had issues twice. It wont process my payment and the other didnt offer anything but checking account.

  6. Don't send invoices "Payable upon receipt" when that has not previously been agreed to by the customer.

    Give a customer a reasonable amount of time to pay the bill, as most other businesses do.

    I’ve been trying to pay an invoice for two days however the site won’t go past the green circling!! I will call the service I have to pay directly!!

  8. Get it to work

    I tried entering my credit card wouldn’t take it tried to enter my debit card kept going blank before I finished - also entered my email and it wouldn’t allow me to make my own password -will try twomorrow !
