  2. Have a paying system that actually works would be a good start.

    I’ve been trying to pay my bill using my credit card, but the application I believe they r using will not work. So rpthey will have to wait unit the first of the month for me to pay using my bank account, which I’m sure they do not want to do.

  6. It never opens!!

    I have to log in multiple times and wait for the circle of death. These invoices never open. It’s way too much work just to open and pay the invoice. So much time wasted.

  17. Filter to remove voided checks from uncleared list

    When I pull up a transaction list for uncleared checks, there's no way to filter out voided checks. That needs to be an option.
