  1. Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.

    Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?

    I have tried to "Review and pay" for days & there is either nothing there when I log in or nothing happens when I press "Pay"

  11. My customers are really p_ssed!!!

    Invoices sent out this month would not allow the customer to click on the View and Pay Invoice button. A popup instructs them to:
    Open the original email you received about this invoice.
    Right-click (or control-click) the View Invoice Now button.
    From the menu, choose to copy the link address.
    Open a new browser tab or window and paste the link.

    CLICKING THE LINK HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A LONG TIME. IS THIS A PROBLEM WITH QB OR A NEW "FEATURE" YOU HAVE INTRODUCED.

  17. Lately, every attempt to pay results in an error message suggesting I try to connect later. This used to be a hassle free transaction.

    This has become quite the hassle to complete a transaction. Constant error messages, no matter the time of day. Not sure what has changed but I’m going to consider other options at this point.
