The invoice does not list what the items are that I've purchased. It only says "service". I am not buying any service. This is very frustrating as a buyer.

The form asks for a
The form asks for a 5-digit zip code but I live in Austria and zip codes here are 4 digits. The form offers Austria as an option, but still asks for 5 digits. Now I can't pay with my own card with my own zip code, but also can't put a random American zip code because it doesn't match my card. No payment possible.

I wanted to pay more than the invoice amount, but there was no way to change it. Perhaps make it so you can add to the amount, but not deduct from it?
