5. Payment options won’t load

   The green circle just spins and spins. Nothing ever loads to move forward with payment. I’ve been trying to pay and invoice for weeks now! I’m sure the merchant is not happy with this service.

6. Fix your mobile site, no where to enter account numbets

   The sections to enter bank account and routing numbers are not showing up on your mobile site. I have to tell it to open in chrome and then request the desktop site for these sections to show up. I have over 200 customers who pay on their mobile who don't understand how to request a desktop site. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

16. Let me make my payment

    After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
    Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.
