1. Show that you Know a User's Identity!

   When a user who receives an invoice logs in with their Intuit ID, show that you know who they are!!! Provide links to basic account details, etc.
   Also: When a user clicks on a "Pay Now" button -- do something!!!
   I've never found "Pay via invoice" so cryptic. I don't trust it!

7. hit the "pay" multiple times due to latency - hope it doesn't process duplicate payments

   After hitting pay there is a latency - to avoid duplicate charges add a message to the effect of transaction may take a few minutes to process, do not hit the "pay" button more than once or transaction may take a few minutes, do not hit pay more than once or wait for the next screen may take a few minutes
