  1. Give the details of the work order. Otherwise it looks like hacking

    Provide the details of the work order problem and fix , the contact info and the property address; otherwise it doesn’t look legitimate and is likely to be deleted as a hacking attempt.

  3. First send an invoice with the order and send one via email.

    Problem solved by sending an invoice with the order. A packing slip is nice but does not have prices or shipping charges on it, which makes it difficult for retailers to price products for resale.

  14. System should allow for partial payments.

    System should allow for partial payments. Shows as "paid" but wasn't paid in full. Obviously the system knows the total invoice amount... if a payment is less than that, it is a partial payment with a remaining balance due, right. Appears no way to make the residual payment.

  15. No where do I see that payment is by bank draft, nor date money will be withdrawn. Other businesses do that. Why don’t you?

    It would be great to have an autopay option, given that my account information is saved. Also, since I have an account, it would be nice to be able to review invoice and payment history.
