Show total amount due. Not just current amount.
On the occasion my bill is late the invoice does not reflect this. It only shows the current amount due for that month. If my bill is late one or more months the invoice does not show the total amount due it only shows the current amount due. When I clicked on pay invoice it showed only one month was due so I only paid one month when I actually owed several months.

Go to this page showing that I've paid the invoice to my account the FIRST time I hit the pay button. I had to hit it twice so I don't know

Do not want to pay with a credit card. How can I pay with my bank account directly from my checking account.
I pay all my bills with my bank on line. Why should I pay this way?

page does not load
The payment page takes forever to load and often does not connect. I tried to pay online multiples times last month and finally had to mail a check which they never received. Please fix this issue as I am being hit with late fees!
