8. Improve your network so connectivity works when customers log in and try to complete a transaction. Very frustrating!!

   Do whatever you have to do to improve network connectivity so customers can complete transactions and don’t have to waste their time waiting on your company to fix the problem. Very frustrating a leaves a negative impression regarding your reliability.
