URGENT - MANY CLIENTS MISS THIS BUTTON
THIS IS SO STRANGE... I love quickbooks online and find it largely very well laid out, easy to use, email invoices, get paid. All great
But it's so weird that a VERY IMPORTANT BUTTON HIDDEN IN PLANE SIGHT. there is something about the VIEW INVOICE Button that very few folks see.
I mean like more than 50% of clients click on the link, see the number for an invoice and then email back asking for more information and details. They are missing seeing the breakdown of costs, the math and the individual charges.

better customer service
Maybe having your staff actually return phone calls🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. Several messages left with no response back. Work not completed. As stated it would be completed. Had to have service person. Go back to the house and complete recommendations. After being told they would call with recommendations before they left. Will definitely be going with a different company.

I feel harassed, the service was Wed and Friday I was called asking when I will make payment. I said the invoice says it’s due before 9-15.
When the lady called 2 days after service she said well that’s only for commercial accounts . I said well this is the 2nd time I’ve used their service last and have lots more work lined up and scheduled and I always pay in a timely manner. She then told me the due date on the invoice is only for commercial accounts. I said well it does not say that anywhere on the invoice. I will be happy to pay before it is due.

Don't prevent pasting my account number in the second checking account number box!!!!!!!!!
I'm making a payment by giving you my routing and account numbers. These are long numbers and I don't want to get them wrong so guess what? I copy them from my own account info and paste them into your form. But---- I can't paste the account number in the second (verify) field. Why???????????
You trust me in the first field but not the second?
I have to type this number - with multiple zeros back to back, which is impossible to keep track of.

Have a page where customer signs estimate that creates the invoice automatically and sends the invoice to customer once you accept it
Have customer sign the estimate to be accepted thru the email link page and then it automatically creates a invoice to be sent once you accept it and then it saves the signature estimate page on the estimate you created.

Convenience Charge
Create a way to charge the customer the transaction fee with out having to create a line item. Like when I pay my water bill they tell you there is a convenience charge for the transaction fee. Pretty sure the water company abuses this but as a small business I have to create a line item on the customers invoice with I dislike even though I tell them upfront. Makes me look duplicitous. Make it so that the customer knows that the transaction fee it charged by the credit card company and the merchant does not get a penny of…

Project Estimate "Costs and Profit" Report, with all projects at once
Please, the "Estimates vs Actuals" reports just pull out one project at the time it's really frustrating not be able to pull out a report with all projects estimates of the month with costs and profit. All the information is already there, we just need it in a report.
I can see that the Project product offers the option to add bills and expenses to a project, but it actually doesn't work in the day-by-day, simply because it doesn't give us the option to split the bill or expense for more than one project. Also every bill and expense added…

new invoice layout
We should be able to customize the columns in the new invoice layout (i.e. remove qty and rates columns). Additionally, the "Your invoice is ready!" statement should be able to be removed--not something we want.
Also, it says that the email you write will display here, but it is not carrying over to there from the email composition block.7 votes -
