Recurring Invoices
When the new invoice screen took over it removed the capability to "Make Recurring" as an option. I can go back to the old view and set up a recurring invoice but when I switch back to the new view it corrupts the recurring invoice and says the object cannot be found. When I go to recurring transactions it allows me to select New Recurring Invoice but when i press OK it just takes me to the invoice screen. The new version seems to have missed the invoice TEMPLATE screen.

improve the "view invoice link"
Maybe put it under the large green link in a separate line of a large colored link...many clients can not find this very important link.

Stop auto-download for invoices
The site constantly tries to download invoices on it's own. Why would you have your site annoy people this way???? Just make it an option as most other sites do and most users expect. Thanks!

Pay by business debit card
The first order I placed, my card was taken. I don't keep all shop financials at home ie. bank acct. I do however travel with the shop Visa debit card always.

Make it harder for QB Bookkeeping to do stupid things like accidentally reversing a PAID transaction during reconsiliation.
Recently our Quickbooks Bookkeeper was allowed/able to reverse a PAID transaction without my authorization. He refunded our customer over 1100.00. Bill was paid over a month ago. I was told I have to sort it out and call QB merchant services. So, I spoke to QB Merchant Services, and they said that they cannot reverse or stop a reversal if it was done by mistake. How impossibly terrible to put YOUR customer through issues like these. Why not add fail safes in place to make sure this does not happen. Not just for a QB Bookkeeper but for a business…

You should be able to add an account and update autopay settings without making a payment at that time.

Optional Automated Sales Receipts
I use QBO invoices very often for services and products before I give them the service or product. It would be awesome to expedite the process to have sales receipts automated after people pay their invoice, or a partial of their invoice. I didn't realize customers didn't get any notification that they had paid for the service until some pointed it out to me. What would be best of both worlds is if we can edit in the invoice template if we want to send sales receipts automatically or manually, because some services that I do don't require the sales…

Why wasn’t my account info SAVED!!! NOT VERY HAPPY!! 😡
Why do I have to renter my checking info when I login and saved it!!! I am not very happy about this. It is annoying to have to dig out my checkbook ever time to enter everything!!! Why offer to “save info” if you don’t DO YOUR JOB!!!

To use CC or PayPal and not a bank acct
It would be 100 times easier to pay this right away with a credit card versus me having to find a check and enter in account numbers and routing numbers of a check even PayPal would be 110 times easier than entering routing numbers for a checking account like that seems so old school system not sure why y’all are not excepting credit card or PayPal or Venmo there’s lots of other ways to pay besides having to enter someone’s checking account which does not gel very safe

Automatically charge credit card at invoice due date
I have many customers that want me to charge their credit card when their term (NET 30) is due. I currently have to make a note in the account "charge at NET 30". I then have to look at every customers account that has a balance and see if this is stated in the account notes, then I receive the payment. It's very cumbersome and time consuming.
