I am not comfortable
I am not comfortable paying from an invoice directly through an email-it is much too easy for a scammer to hack. I much prefer to go to a secured site. I have paid by the invoice however please go back to the on site payment invoice. Thanks, Linda and Steve Ramer (DeChow)

It is so confusing to me. I thought I already signed up for autopay and you are asking me again and it seems impossible to be able to talk to a real person. Great garbage service but billing STINKS. Not all of us are computer experts.
