Why does this compan
Why does this company build something and then you paid for the item… Then you get an invoice for the shipping separately and they tell you your bill is late? I always try and pay entire amount on time if I can. Why do they bill separately? I paid my invoice and didn’t realize I had shipping fee separate. Didn’t even know I had a second invoice.

Change your attitude toward payment harassment. On May 1, 2025, I was admitted to the VA Emergency Room for High blood pressure. I told the office staff at One of a Kind that they would receive payment tomorrow, Friday, May 2, 2025. I wanted to review the detailed invoice. This was something I requested many times. Quickbooks is great.
Quickbooks is great. No problems. But, it annoys me that this company, T-Town Pools, sends me the invoice on Monday, I pay it on Tuesday, and it says that my payment is overdue.

Allow vendor to conn
Allow vendor to connect with client in QB to request and send payment thru QB rather than sending emails, clicking links, typing in bank info, etc. each time.

Tip was added in the
Tip was added in the invoice automatically and I am unable to pay the invoice in full without that. Merchant says that they dont have control over as QB rolled out a feature recently to copy invoice from a template. Tip cannot be added to the invoice and claim that I have only paid it partially
