The screen to enter
The screen to enter the verification code goes away after the Text Mesage verification code is copied. Don’t loops back around to request another text verification code. Then the screen goes away once the verification code is received. Once again the screen to enter the now receives verification code has gone away. The cycle then repeats……

How come I didn't ha
How come I didn't have an option to not pay by credit card and charge me a 3% fee? Why did it automatically access the 3% and pay bill with no other option.

Why can't I paste my account number both times? I copy it from my bank account; it seems absurd that you want me to then manually enter it and increase the risk of user error

only having the opti
only having the option of a bank transfer for payments is not great. If there were a credit card option, even if I had to pay an additional percentage for the cc fee, that would have been better.
