11. Fix broken links in your page! Been trying to pay a bill for two days and the page just hangs.

    Like many who already posted, I too am unable to pay my lawn care service bill because the “pay bill” green button link is broken. Please fix this so I can pay my lawn care service company.

15. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

    I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself
