Service fee is way t
Service fee is way too high. Tried to sign up with ACH payments as advertised on my invoice but this was way tro complicated and time consuming. Not user friendly or convenient.

I pay this merchant frequently, please allow me to save my payment details rather than entering them every time I pay an invoice.

1) Please make the "edit" amount so that it actually takes the edit and does not revert to the amount owed for that one invoice. Perhaps we may want to pay more than one invoice at the same time and not have to repeat the same transaction over again. The whole owed amount should be able to be paid in one transaction by "editing", otherwise you would not need the "edit" button.
2) It might be a good idea to put your website address on your invoices. I have left a couple of messages to this effect and no one…1 vote -
I had an issue where
I had an issue where a payment didn’t go through. I searched for hours to find a way to login to my payment account and could not find one, on any of the recurring invoices or in emails. I even logged into my QuickBooks account for our business that pays the invoice and the invoice or a way to restart payment was nowhere to be found.

I don't understand w
I don't understand why merchants don't accept debit cards but only accept bank transfers. It's much less convenient, and feels less safe, to input bank account information on a form than to input a debit card number. (Another way would be to accept venmo or Zelle, but that may cost money to merchant, I understand that.)

I had to login to ma
I had to login to make a specific date of payment, then it went back to a make a payment page. I am unclear if the payment was made. I also was unable to specify a date. Truly not user friendly.
Then Apple Pay shows up and I have challenges getting to the submit button. Major frustrating.
