I was not notified t
I was not notified that there would be a $25.00 convenience fee until after it processed. Otherwise I would have sent a check. That is a ridiculous fee! How can you justify charging so much when other systems & lenders can send wires for no fee at all.

The bill has a fee f
The bill has a fee for credit card payments. I always use ACH, so then I have to do math, and make what you call a partial payment. Then the payee has to make an adjustment to my account, which is needless ledger work for him. When I choose "Bank" the credit card fee should disappear. It's just software, I know you can make this improvement.

Put a name for the a
Put a name for the account on the receipt. There are two doctors in this practice their name is not on the receipt. We paid Michigan Veterinary Medical Association for each of them. That name is on the receipt but not which doctor's name that was logged on name is included anywhere.

The merchant waited so long to bill me, my invoice was huge. It wouldn't be as bad if he took part in the your payment plan. You should share with the merchant. I'm definitely telling him.

Have an area for notes to the contractor. With everyone working it is hard to meet up. If a special issue comes up it would be nice to have an area to leave a message. Thank you
