The merchant waited so long to bill me, my invoice was huge. It wouldn't be as bad if he took part in the your payment plan. You should share with the merchant. I'm definitely telling him.

Have an area for not
Have an area for notes to the contractor. With everyone working it is hard to meet up. If a special issue comes up it would be nice to have an area to leave a message. Thank you

Allow debit or credi
Allow debit or credit card to be used for payment to be posted from my account immediately. It takes a few days before it is even recognized as a pending payment.

The only improvement
The only improvement I would suggest is adding a memo line for the payer to include notes. I would be helpful for tracking purposes.
