I partially paid. Why is there no option to go back and pay the rest? I have to go back to the original email and click the link again. That needs to be fixed ASAP.

when I was shown the invoice to pay there is the words "edit amount" next to the full amount and it is hard to see for alot of old people because it is NOT bold font.

You did not let me access the original invoice before my vender added to it. You do not send them as a pdfs. You need to send invoices as PDFs at least, or show version histories so clients can see where and when things were changed. This is very important for any potential disputes and just plain human sovereignty and clarity and transparency. Thank you, if you take this seriously. No thank you if you don't.

Why is there a $25 c
Why is there a $25 convenience fee to pay online?? It is 2025. Not 2001. Everything is online and this is clearly taking advantage of consumers with that fee!! I can understand $2 or $3, but $25?? You all are crazy. I’ll gladly write a check and put it in the mail like it’s 1995 to avoid your outrageous fee!

It would save time if you could put the invoice number that was paid on the Success! page that first comes up. At the moment, I take a screenshot of the Success! page and the receipt because both lack some info that the other has.

Euthanasia is always a painful and hard decision to make for any animal lover… we mourn even before that time comes. I understand that this in home service is a wonderful idea and I thank those who are willing to do it, mainly for the pet. They all hate going to the vets, so I admire this service. stop charging the credit card fee it is quite frankly sad that companies like yours charge us for things like this. do you charge us for the boxes too, stop being greedy, you get less business because of it
