  10. Income Reports by Class

    Please add the custom field on the payment info.... when working on Cash Basis we want have reports by Deparment.. currently quickbooks don't support income by class only by customer... which it is a limitation...

    Meaning a need either Income by Class (Invoice) or Custom Fields on the Payments to be able to re-create the Classes...

  11. Go directly to website, sign in and pay

    Instead of searching for email that you sent I would like to be able to just go to your site and log in and pay. Also it would be nice to be able to use my bank acct number instead of a debit card because it never changes and my card occasionally does.

  14. Ability to split tuition up into weeks or biweekly installments. Sticker shock is real

    Split payments up and offer other than bank eft to pay such as credit card, PayPal, or Venmo, billpay, etc. I would be more thanks happy to help you with this functionality if needed. Also, with the invoice, can we try to be. little more detailed on exactly that various costs that make up with entire tuition cost (example; food, diaper, educational materials, teachers, room, etc.) I know this is worthwhile school, I just want it to succeed and me to be able to continue to not get sticker shock.
