I would like to be a
I would like to be able to set up my automatic payment on the correct site! over the last year and a half, I have been unable to successfully set up an automatic payment that you get. I thought I had a sub correctly several times and as a result, I ended up getting late notices. I apologize if it’s operator error, but I can’t to this day. Find a way to successfully set up auto pay.

YES: START DOING what other banks have already doing: when, in your payment window, I am preparing the payment and I put in the ACH routing number, look it up in real time and show me the bank name. This will increase my confidence, before I click confirm the transaction

Payment process was
Payment process was relatively easy except that they keep trying to get you to set up an account (but their privacy policy seems to suggest that there is very little actual privacy unless you actually read the policy and jump through hoops)
