You accused me of de
You accused me of delinquent payment, that it was due on 12/20/2025, and made it sound like like im a deadbeat. The payment was not late, the job was completed today and according to contract, due upon COMPLETION of the job. I was as lso the one who teminder contractor to send me the link to pay. Please update your automated email messaging to reflect accurate correspondence with clients. Its offensive and does not fit all customers.

You used to always include an invoice that could be printed out and sending it with a check so we don’t have to pay the annoying online fees. I do not want to pay the phone is ringingonline fees.

I had to pay the cre
I had to pay the credit card fee even though I paid by check. Invoice said they would waive the $16.50 fee but did not. I'm out the $16.50, not happy!

After NAME the date
After NAME the date of the Invoice should be be there visible before INVOICE # on the text that way ALL pertinent info is available at FIRST SIGHT!
