   I reached out to Freedom Electric online Thursday night, and by Friday someone had already reached out to me. By Monday, I had the plumber in my home—talk about fast and efficient service!
   Shawn was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough, extremely friendly, and even my dogs loved him, which says a lot. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Thanks to his excellent work, both of our showers are now working again like brand new.

    I thought I would be paying what I needed to, which was a 10% deposit, as that was all that was due at this time per the email from my contractor. Not sure why the full contract price got in there. This is poor communication between you and the contractor and puts me in a bad spot as well as unintentionally maxing out my credit card!
