I can't find an easy
I can't find an easy list of invoices paid over last few days. Trying to figure out if one went through. And I don't seem to get receipts for all vendors

QkBk payments take T
QkBk payments take TOO long to show up in my bank account (outgoing or incoming). Sometimes, by the time it hits my account, the funds are no longer available to deduct. And, when I need incoming funds from payment TO me immediately, they usually take 4 days to process and show up.

The system failed to accept payment on my debit card. I switched to the checking account & the funds were accepted.

Have the processing fee payed by the client. Have a disclaimer on the pay page so the customer can choose if they accept the fee.

$35 convenience fee
$35 convenience fee is unreasonable and I didn’t see this until after I submitted payment. I have a QuickBooks online account. Can you explain such an exorbitant fee?

It would be great to be able to go back and see a list of all payments made to the merchant.

It would be better t
It would be better to have multiple payment options, such as Bill.com or a platform that allows multiple invoices to be paid at once. Additionally, the finance team should have a faster response time.
