  4. payment options should be from different sources

    I only use credit cards to pay for services or make purchases , there should not be any extra fees for using them

  6. Let me know in advance that you'll be sending me an e-mail confirmation - would have solved in advance several problems I worried about.

    Also, a way to confirm ahead that when I view an e-mail invoice, that I can quickly know whether it's been paid or unpaid. Not essential, but it would make it so convenient not to have to look it up.

  7. Ability to view and pay from iPad

    Not everyone able to use a PC or a Mac to open and view an invoice. I can’t use the iPad to pay the invoice. Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge all fail according to QuickBooks. How about it, Intuit? Join the 2010’s! Let a tablet work!

  8. Every time I try to pay an invoice in QB, it won’t complete the process without a long delay, about 5 plus minutes of the swirling circle

    You possibly have software issue in QB. I use apple devices and computer, same issue on anything I use.

  13. The green circle keeps going around and I am unable to pay!!! Very frustrating!!!!!! What is going on QBO!!?

    Give us an EASILY FOUND customer support number to contact for support! And when we get there give us someone with the knowledge to help fix the problem!
