My bill is due Oct. 24th. Give your clients the ability to SCHEDULE the payment. I logged in to pay my bill (SCHEDULE) and your system just billed me in full. That is unacceptable.

My invoice was for $195. I paid it. On the confirmation page it said "Invoice amount $255. Amount paid $195." What the heck? It never said on the invoice that the cost was $255. Where did that come from???

The total invoice is $1,100, but only half ($550) is due now as a down payment. The remaining $550 is due upon completion of job, which will be sometime in Dec 2026. Your invoice says the second payment is due Nov 7 2026, which is INCORRECT. Please correct this second payment due date.
