    I'm sick of pulling out my checkbook every time I need to pay an invoice for the account and routing number. Modern apps don't do this anymore.

  2. If you could accept account numbers from Robinhood, that would help a lot.

    I have a bank account with Robinhood, the investment platform, and quickbooks does not accept payments through them for some reason.

  4. Remove paste restrictions on the account number

    I have my routing and account number in a Google Doc for a situation like this when I pay from my account. There's no option to paste the account number in the second field. I keep those numbers so I can easily copy/paste them without a need to type them manually which causes mistakes in the first place. If this is a way to reduce the number of mistakes you accidentally made it more error prone by forcing me to put the number manually.

  5. Make sure the payment scheduling feature works. I have not been able to schedule a payment yet.

    Customers should be able to schedule payments without frustration. I have unsuccessfully tried several time to schedule payments. I'm not sure if I am supposed to create an account in order to be able to do it or what. That being said, I unsuccessfully attempted to create an account. Very frustrating.

    Payment is easier knowing you have not already paid.

    Pay history link with year to date counter.

    Email summary/detail of payments as reward for paying.

  16. WTF happened to my 7/15 payment?

    If I make a payment with Intuit and Intuit tells the Recipient they have received my payment, and then, weeks later, they ask you if my payment went through, and you then tell them NO: Please send ME an explanation of how this could happen, so I can try to make sense of it and address the problem.     I would like a running statement each time an invoice is presented on the account. I should be able to see paid invoices and unpaid invoices therefore have a clear understanding of my account, and I would have a balance due not just a single invoice. Why can’t you give me a running statement for the account? Makes it very confusing sometimes.

  20. Allow past invoices to be accessible.

    It would be nice to be able to access past invoices. For instance, I've had an overdue balance for months and can only pay the current invoice and cannot find where the past invoice is that is overdue.
