Would you consider creating a Life Links account with PayPal? That would allow me to make payments without exposing my card number.
PayPal provides extra protection from identity theft by masking our credit card or bank account numbers and only showing our PayPal account name. The transfer is usually completed within 24 hours - sometimes less. Please consider accepting PayPal payments.
Please note that I do not use social media sites, and cannot send or receive texts on my cell phone.

auto pay needs to be much easier to use.
this site refuses to allow me to use auto pay. I have established an account and still cant get it done. So 1980.

make the save info for future payments and subsequent sign-in link more visible
It is not obvious to most customers that they need to "sign-in" to pay and access saved payment information. I repeatedly have customers complaining that they don't like having to re-enter their payment info.

Email a receipt (maybe you will).
Since I can't tell on the invoice if you will email a receipt, please do, and tell us on the invoice that that will happen. Without that, if my printer connection is not working, I am without a receipt for my records.

Please have the Date of Service on the Receipt.
Please have the date of the initial service on the receipt instead of just the invoice date or the date of payment.

Send a notifaction if the payment was canceled or bounced.
If your payment bounced send an email to noitify that there wasnt enough funds in bank account.

include a payment link in pdf invoice
When I save the emailed invoice as a pdf and open it, there doesn't seem to be a clickable link to pay said invoice - the online payment link is only in the email, not the pdf. Since I have to open the pdf to see the invoice details, it would be nice not to have to flip back to the email to pay online. Thank you

Stop charging me for two months at a time and do auto pay
If you can please send these invoices monthly so someone doesn’t have to pay for 2 months at a time or more. If there’s an auto pay option please let people know

when you select Business Account, the field should be for a business name, not first and last
