I would like it if you could set up a debit card transaction as a credit. I don't trust using a debit card, as a debit.
I do not think it is safe to use a debit card. Make it so we can use the debit cards as a credit...

Have a more professional receipt.
Add the logo to the receipt. Make it look professional. This is also helpful in case we apply for reimbursement.

Give me a receipt that I can save. I don't want to print the damn thing. And how about giving me an invoice that reflects my prior payment
Give me an invoice in the form I can save it. Or better yet, give me an invoice that reflects my prior payment so I can verify easily I'm not being double charged.

Have consistent user experience in completing similar fields
Be consistent with the entry of data types. Some fields (expiration date) are formatted to be only numbers keyboard display, while others (e.g. zip code) are alphanumeric keyboard display. Makes for a different user expierience when entering similar data points on a phone.

Feedback
It would be ideal that customers can provide feedback to the company's using this service. The company I used waited 4 months to tell me we had an outstanding balance, then I got charged a late fee. Then they waited an additional 5 months to say we didnt pay some mysterious invoice we never received.

Upfront & Clear business practices
It's not right that you don't state that there is a surcharge and how much for cc invoices. It got me and the business in a right pickle.

Add PayPal option and provide live hyperlinks in email directly to invoice to pay it
Add PayPal option. Also, the email link to invoice is not hyperlinked. I had to copy link and paste into my browser. Link is not live.

make it default to credit card not a debit card.
make it default to credit card not a debit card since most people will pay with a credit card After you enter all the information and then realize it is on debit and then select credit card it erases everything you entered.
