simplify EVERYTHING. even this voting is a sledge hammer.
Too many hoops, and too much information is wanted by QuickBooks on EVERYTHING.

Payer's email address.
Your system should include an address field to use to return payment confirmation to the payer. In my case, I am a Fiscal Officer at a public university and need to ensure that I get sufficient documentation of the payment made. While it is nice that I can immediately download a receipt, there are times when I have experienced issues and have not been able to do so. In fact, I had to try that a second time as the system hung up and would not populate the receipt on screen.

don't give an error that the pdf cannot be loaded when selecting download receipt.

Couldn't download receipt on computer. File was broken.
File that downloaded was broken and couldn't be viewed or saved in any of our PDF viewers at work. This is the first time it's been a problem.

Fix the "download receipt" button so it works!
Have your tech department fix the "download receipt" button. Currently it has an error message.

First/last name on receipt
For reconciliation purposes, it would be great if the downloadable receipt included the first and last name of the person who paid
