I used to be able to download receipts that said paid when I paid a vendor who uses quickbooks. This no longer works, nothing downloads.
I can't down load invoices any longer when I pay one of my vendors through quick books. It used to be so easy, I paid, clicked download receipt and I got a copy that said paid. No more, nothing downloads, pain in the but as a company that pays invoices from my vendors. I am so frustrated. I have two vendors that use this system and I would not recommend it, so inconvenient for companies that pay invoices through this system.

It would be nice if the invoice had some clue as to what I'm paying for - regular service? Pre-paying for repairs?
Can't tell what I'm paying for - I've noticed lots of other comments to this effect - are you reading any of these???????????

Update Link Error Splash Page for Invoices
When there's an error with the invoice link and none of the mitigation options work, just tell the customer to request a new link from the invoice provider on the splash page. That way we don't waste time contacting customer service.

It would be nice to use a credit card. Furthermore I have saved my information and creatrd an account many times but it never saves my info.
Use of credit card would be much better. Also I have created an account numerous times but it never saves my information. Also, when I try to save a new account it asks for a conformation code via text but no text is ever sent. This is a very very difficult billing system to use!

Allow for invoice auto-numbering BASED ON CLIENT as opposed to overall invoicing
Allow for invoice auto-numbering based on each client as opposed to auto-numbering based on total invoices within quickbooks. I want my invoice numbers to be specfic to clients and so I have to manually keep track of invoice numbers and change it every time.

Allow PayPal as a method of payment.!!
Looking at all the comments about you guys not being able to accept PayPal payments makes me sick. It's obviously because QuickBooks doesn't like PayPal and doesn't want to provide their customers with ALL possible options. It's not fair to the customers and users when a company limits their customer satisfaction by not providing satisfactory options, because of a grudge or hatred for a competitor.

Allow us to set the date for payment.
I travel a LOT, and sometimes have to do this as I can. It would help to pay out on a date I choose.
