  3. More Template Options - Companies are not one-size fits all

    Moving from Desktop and I was told by sales that there were SO MANY customization options for templates (which was HUGE in our decision making to switch). The handful of templates and lack of customization is a joke. I spent over 10 hours (literally) attempting to create my own via the docx upload and it was an epic fail. Templates should have catergories based on industry. NON of these invoices fit our construction industry. Construction requires a multi-line JOB LOCATION field rather than "Shipping To". We don't need tracking#, ships via, etc. Construction companies require documenting Job/Project Location (name, street,…

    it is INSANE that for 7 months you've know about this issue and HAVE NOT FIXED IT. So utterly embarasing and unprofessional for your bill pay customers and thier payees.
