Pay it for us! If that doesn’t work, I think your existing options are pretty good- credit/debit, Apple Pay...maybe Venmo?

There is no log off on the page that says "Paid" so that means this is not entirely secure from hackers.
There should be a "log off" tab on the web page that is there after the invoice is paid and the consumer can log off otherwise this site is subject to hackers

Prompt billing. I got my annual bill on 6/30, which was also the day it was due to be paid without penalty.
Give me more than one day to respond to and pay a bill so that I don't incur a 1.5% penalty.
BTW - Will does a great job for us.

The check capture feature did not work for me.

Clients should be able to see their payment history
Clients should be able to access their payment history for the vendor from the payment screen. My vendor provides services every two weeks but bills at irregular intervals. Payment history would allow me to determine easily and quickly that I am not being double billed.
