add nicknames to accounts in payment portal
be able to add 'nicknames' to different saved bank account information, so i can more easily differentiate which account i want to pay an invoice from. i run multiple businesses, have personal / joint / family accounts, and it's difficult to memorize all the numbers, would be great if i could add a nickname to each bank account number.

Actually, paying by this method went better than any other method I have used. Easy peasy.

Keep me logged in, for real!
I only get a Quickbooks Invoice every month or two, so I don't log into Quickbooks Online that often in my browser (Mac, Safari and I mostly use the Quickbooks Online Mac App). Even if I check the box to keep me logged in to pay an invoice, I still end up having to log in again at some point in the future.

Please email full invoice and payment receipt to be printed out.
See above. It would be helpful if you could email me the full invoice and payment receipt so that I can print them out. I usually pay my bill on my laptop, which is NOT connected to my printer. My desktop computer and printer are in a different room on another floor. Thanks. Marcia Tanner

Provide a link, a way back to your account from a paid invoice if you signed in to pay an invoice.
Provide a link on the paid invoice result screen that takes you to your main account page.
After recieving an invoice request via email navigation link takes you to the invoice. In small text there is 'sign in'. The experience as a 'sign in' user should allow access to account information. The link on the paid invoice screen would provide a way to your account.

Make it work with Win 10 or Chrome. Only works on Safari.
I can only use it on Safari on my iPad. My default is Win 10. It does not work on that or Chrome

I receive bills through Quicken for several of my clients as well as for my business and personal. I would like to have all the checking accounts available to choose from on each bill, rather than having to enter a checking account each time.

The $45 late fee seems very excessive. 1.5 percent of a $500 charge would be $7.50. Also, I would suggest sending a reminder before charging
I would've appreciated a reminder that if my $480ish invoice wasn't paid within 7 or 10 days that there would be a finance charge. A $45 fee is very excessive.

Allow signups for outside of USA
I had to make a payment - and my "zip code" isn't 5 digits because i don't live in the USA. so i tried to sign up for a new account but then i hit my second issue - i was prompted to enter my phone number and it wasn't accepted, again because i'm not in the USA.
i tried all different phone number formats and none of them worked. in my example here i am in Australia and I'll say my phone number is 0411 222 333

Save correct credit card
You had saved 3 previous cards that were no longer good, but my current card had been deleted. I had to enter it again.
