  14. Reserve payment amount to prevent spending it after submitting.

    Either process payments immediately, or place a hold on the bank account for the amount of payment. This will help avoid situation where a payment is submitted when funds are available, but funds are spent before payment is processed.

  17. Allow multiple invoices from one vendor to be paid at one time.

    The vendor would have a landing page in which you can select which invoices you'd like to pay based on what you owe via your e-mail address.
