  1. Should have options to change or edit the amount of payment. I just overpaid $150

    Again, like most i over paid by $150. should be allowed to enter or edit the amount owe.

  2. Pending Sales Invoice Option/ Scheduling a Sales Invoice

    I would like the desktop feature of marking Sales Invoices "Pending" added to online. We have very set invoice milestone dates that are outlined in our contracts. This feature was very helpful to us.

  3. Don't open a new tab every time I click a link!

    From a UI perspective, opening a new tab on every link click (download receipt, provide feedback) is annoying and not best-practice

  8. Connect Directly to Bank for Bank Transfers

    When paying an invoice online, we used to be given the option to connect directly to certain banks such as USAA using our login credentials with that bank. Now I have to look up routing # and manually enter that and my account number to do a funds transfer. Please bring back the original feature connecting directly to the bank.

    Include a summary of whom the employees are that I am paying for. This service does me no good without knowing whom I am paying for! Or tell me where I can go to get access to this.

  16. Printing Invoices After Making Payments

    It would be great to be able to print straight from the confirmation instead of having to download the invoice, then print it. Small thing...but would help.

  19. Need to be able to pay directly online and not invoice

    this invoicing is inconvenient. Need to be able to pay directly by credit card. Frustrating using this payment method. Stop using Quick Books as its outdated
