I filled out the debit section, credit card number and all. After it went through is when I realized there was a tab for credit and I had filled out the debit tab.

Give option to pay more than 1 invoice at a time
I have an outstanding balance but it won't let me pay more than the amount on current invoice!

Please email me my paid receipt. I was unable to print one.
Make life simple and mail me a receipt please.

Invoice from Every Green Care Inc. was in my junk mail folder and that is why I did not pay sooner!

Client last names!!
Include client name and pet name on the invoice -- helps me track it back to the correct client / shipment.

Refine receipts to match invoices
Format the receipt for payment the same way as the invoice, so that the vendor's business name appears on the same page as its address, email, phone number etc. Currently all that is at the top of a 2nd page, with a lot of empty white space before and after.

payment method is fine but i suggest you call at least two days before service instead of just showing up; sometimes this is a real problem
please call before service instead of just showing up; like this week leaves were on sides and back yard; i normally mulch them or rake and bag. as many were on lawn and as fast as technician spayed i,m sure we didn't get a good treatment. this is just one example we may plan to cut lawn--or have guest over ---children can't be on lawn etc. thank you, Errol i am going to check terms of service as it won't let me send even tho i don't see where to read them.

Allow me to pay the amount I want to pay even if it’s well above the invoiced amount.
I attempted to pay an amount towards my invoice that was 3 times the amount that was due and the system failed to allow me to do this. I would like the benefit of paying any amount I so choose to pay towards my invoice even if it’s well above the amount that’s shown to be due without being forced to create an account.
