  2. Email a receipt

    I’m not sure what to do with your downloaded receipt which is just a link. How about the option to email me a receipt. Thanks! Otherwise, the paying part was super quick and easy.

  12. Dates must be reasonable. Work started and completed Dec 2. Email received Dec 7 and USPS mail on Dec 7. Due date on email was Dec 4.

    Have the product/products purchase clearly referenced on Both stmt & Invoice making business expenses accounting or reimbursement easier. Although your statement did show the product description, it was very small, microprint almost, and in light grey. I think a lot of customers would like items listed in normal size black print

  18. Don't have it automatically set to a debit card tab.

    I entered a credit card number when it was default set to the debit card tab and the payment was declined. Not particularly intuitive.

  20. Please break down costs on the invoice.

    The amount charged differs from what my trainer quoted. I'd appreciate a breakdown of the cost (what is for the ad, what (if any) is extra for placement, etc.)
