6. Remember my default payment method

   Instead of making me always hit change the payment method to use my checking account instead of a credit card, remember that I always use my checking account to pay an invoice so that is the method that shows up as my default.

7. I agree with the first group of comments. I want to add a tip for excellent service/help, but there's no way to do that.

9. Overall Balance

   Would like the option of seeing total balance due from my landlord. Would also like a memo line. Also, would like the ability to allocate what outstanding invoice I'm paying. I logged in to pay a portion of Jan 2021 rent and it showed I still had a past due balance and I know this isn't true.

12. enable my landscaper to bill once monthly for all invoices

    my landscaping company invoices me service by service: monthly for lawn maintenance, as serviced for all other items. it results in dozens of invoices to pay. would be good to get one monthly invoice for all services performed that month
