  3. I would love to be able to adjust amount paid so I could pay for a statement when i get that.

    I would like to be able to add an addional charge on my payment.
    example: You replace my chlorine basket but I can not add that charge to my payment.

  9. Provide a way to pay more than what is on the statement. Prior to Covid

    Prior to covid I was able to walk into the location and pay a few months at once. I am unable to do that online.

    Offer PayPal as an option. Most people will purchase via PayPal because they don't have to put their Credit Card Information out into Cyberspace.

  15. Invoice not showing past due

    The email to me stated my invoice was for $1,061. When I clicked to pay it, the invoice was $720 with no explanation. I know it's because I have a past due for a special assessment. Is there a way for those to show up and us be able to designate if we want to pay an amount different from the invoice.
