Bank routing number can be pasted in first field but not second
You allow me to paste my bank routing number in the first field but not the second... VERY FRUSTRATING!

Do not include a blank page at the end of a receipt
My receipt is two pages. All the information is on the first page. The second page is blank. Do not include a blank page at the end of a receipt. It just wastes time when you view a receipt.

Not everybody understands what all these stupid abbreviations mean. In your case it's the request for...what is it?...CVC code? The 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card. Do not assume everyone knows what that means. I didn't at first and there were no explanations and old people get pissy when the IT morons start assuming everybody is up to speed.

It would be nice if we could add a tip to the amount submitted for payment.
There was no place on the invoice where I could add a Christmas tip.

Change the web app for payment.
The web app has three tabs for payment: debit, credit, and bank account. I missed that because all I see are blanks that need to be filled out. So, I entered credit card info on the debit tab. Just use a radio button for the type of transfer between credit and debit. You can use the tab for the bank account because the information is different.

Refine receipts to match invoices
Format the receipt for payment the same way as the invoice, so that the vendor's business name appears on the same page as its address, email, phone number etc. Currently all that is at the top of a 2nd page, with a lot of empty white space before and after.

Bill payment efficiency
Allow for the recall of Routing Number and Account number data to minimize the hassle of having to look it up each time an invoice needs to be paid.

you web page is a english/racist system
You web page is a racists and will not allow for hyphenated names like Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec or Jean-Claude Van Damme. I have had to misspell my name to use your system and I feel belittled by your racist company! You are excluding Asians, French, and Hispanics from your system. I suggest any person that uses your company think hard about picking a company more globally aware then Racist Quickbooks!

Consistency on form
I am paying multiple invoices one right after the other. When your form pops up and I have to choose which payment method to use, the credit card option is in a different location each time. This caused me to accidently check the wrong box on one payment.

Acct and routing input
It is a pain to add routing and acct info. Who has them memorized so you can put them in at the same time??? When you put one in and go back to look up the other it takes you back to the screen and you start over!

Message area included on payment
There needs to be somewhere where we can added a message or comments to the payment.

NZ doesn't have a 5 digit zip code
Seems like a stupid requirement to mandate a 5 digit zip code. That's not how our zip codes work, so I just made one up.

Put the correct date of the due date for my current receipt.

Include description of item being charged
It would be helpful for the receipt to spell out what the charges are for. My receipt shows the amount and payee, but no description (in this case, payment for annual fee). I will need a second receipt with this information.Thank you.
