I want to write a message to QB developers and technical support.
I am writing a negative review. A week ago I had a situation that changed everything. I needed to check if I could change the currency for issuing 1 invoice.
I found how to change the currency, but accidentally (as it turned out later) I pressed the multicurrency button and it was turned on. After that, my home currency became euro and I could not turn off the multicurrency function. Before that, all invoices issued and all information in the account were in dollars. Now everything is in euros. I can’t solve my problem. I talked to technical support specialists for a week. Constantly re-described my situation. I was told that first I need to buy an advanced subscription, then I was told that I need to pay for a new account and transfer data there. When we started transferring data, the new specialist told me that I cannot transfer data. Because in order to transfer current data from the old account to the new one, you need to enable the multicurrency and euro function in the new one, WHICH I DON'T NEED! That is, I can't restore my account back to USD, I can't transfer information to the new account. Only manually in Excel format and even then it's not certain that all the information will be transferred. I am just shocked that because of one click I lost all my data and now it is all wrong. I don't know what to do, no one can help me. Although, I think that this is a gap in the program itself. I think that it would be possible to do some kind of rollback, even for extra money, to return everything to USD.
I don't know if anyone will see my message and understand my pain, but I hope so. Please make some improvements to the system and give people the opportunity to roll back and disable the multi-currency function and change their home currency back.
I have suffered so much because of this in the last week, spent so much time, lost data that was stored for 4 years. And because of what? I think because the system is not fully developed and not all the nuances are taken into account.
I think you should to update program and give a person the ability to turn off the multi-currency feature and change the home currency back.
Please sort this situation out and help me.

I support the author, because it's really looks like big bug, when it impossible to reverted back settings for.ex.by back up (how it was on desktop version). Also ok variant when after reverted back all new data which was entered after wrong settings is deleted. Because it's easier to add some new transactions then start accounting from scratch
