I agree that sending a reminder a few days before a bill is due would be super helpful! It would give customers a little more time to ensure payments are made on time and avoid late fees. Having a reminder system in place, whether via SMS or email, could really streamline things.

If you are going to add on late fees, then inform the customer that the bill is late a few days ahead. Things get missed sometimes!
