Make SURE that the payment comes out of the correct account. Last time, it did not.
I have paid with a QuickBooks Invoice payment in the past, but instead of coming out of my checking account as it should have, it came out of my personal savings. I see that there is a place for me to indicate which account this time, but I want to make sure that, this time, it does come from my checking. My savings account is deliberately kept with minimum funds, but there is plenty in checking. Please use the checking account.
