Put the Invoice number on the receipt where you paid it.
I just started paying on-line, and when it gives you your receipt, there is no Invoice number on the receipt. As it is, I had to print out the invoice and receipt and staple them together.

I agree and have been complaining about this for years! EB said accounting 101 and that's SOOO true!!! This shouldn't be that hard for QB to do. They make all these stupid little changes on windows that don't really matter and never address the really big things people want. I'm a bookkeeper and from the other side, the business side, we can't see what invoice number was paid on the merchant side either. Very frustrating!

Yes! On my online payment receipt, please indicate the INVOICE NUMBER that I paid :) Please oh please oh please. Thank you.

Agreed- The invoice number really needs to be on the receipt- this is accounting 101. Hundreds of thousands of businesses around the world are printing out 2 pieces of paper instead of one because the invoice # isn't on the receipt.
