After paying an invoice I received from quickbooks, I am unable do download the receipt. I get a blank page.
Using Firefox on Android device (Samsung S23).
It works on Windows PC but I don't have access to that right now. It's risky for me to pay an invoice via quickbooks if I cannot get a receipt.

Receipt will not download. Please mail or email receipt. Will not use this option again.

If I could add an easy fix, why not add an email address field at the payment page and email both the receipt and invoice to the customer. That also saves time having to click, download and save the damn things. Pay and forget! One Click! Does any of this resonate?

It can't be unavailable during business hours...come on you are huge company with an IT staff that has to be huge. Surely fixing bugs and blips promptly can't be that hard.

If I cannot download a receipt, I have no confidence in this service. This is a mandatory feature of invoicing software — any less means you've utterly failed.

I like to have a receipt but it would not download. I will not pay this way otherwise.
