I love how easy it is for any accounting person to pay for an employee's membership renewal. I would like to see the member's name and what is being paid for (i.e. event, membership renewal, etc.) on the receipt. This would help our accounting department.

With 2 different vendors' bills, clicking Pay Now, choosing the pay via ACH bank account option, and then clicking to print a receipt results in a blank receipt. I'm new to Quickbooks, so I haven't tried this with other payment methods, but it has been consistent with this payment method. A default title based on the vendor and invoice number would also be a nice touch -- as is, the default title is Untitled Document. I've attached a sample of the receipt output. Thanks.

Our receipt printed on two pages...The second page was simply a header and footer containing the date and time, page number and a comment on the left hand footer that read, "about blank." It's a little thing, but only printing that which is necessary and not printing an extra page would save paper and make for a better, more efficient experience.

Make the horizontal size of the receipt adjustable so the ENTIRE LINE is printed. There is a LOT of dead white space between the title of the line (left justified) and the amount/date/ID (right-justified). I shrank the printing down, and the right margin came inside from the edge, but the last figures are still missing! NOT very good for audit purposes.
Not up to the reputation of Quick Books either.

UPDATE THE PAYMENT SCREEN TO INDICATE YOU WILL BE SENDING AN EMAILED RECEIPT.
When I paid my receipt, Nothing indicated I was going to get an emailed receipt. Because of this, I took the time to "make a suggestion" and then vote for all those suggestions to get an emailed receipt that were already there.
***I LOVE this payment option AND it worked VERY easily!!

It would be really really nice if the Print Receipt option just printed the Invoice with the Receipt info On It. 1 page with that shows the charges AND the payment is far better than 2 pages that have to be tracked and correlated and filed together. If this doesn't fit for all of your users, just make it an option.

In Chrome, a 2 page document is printed with a simple "Payment Sent" image.

PRINT RECEIPT gives a blank page. obviously this is a problem based on all these complaints. So....when do you plan on fixing this before worrying about new ideas?

Change the format of the receipt so that it fits to a standard 8.5' x 11" when printed.
