I used to have my recurring invoices autopay and now I don't. Why was this taken away?

The vendor is under the impression your payment venue offered the customers an option for setting up auto-pay. Wow.

Your system rejects my debit card autopayments. It even rejects the debit card when I enter it manually. Consequently, I have to enter my bank information. This is a pain. Also, I don't like to have my business' bank account info in online transactions.

You used to have an autopay option and now it's gone. Please bring it back. It's critical

This app needs autopay through a bank account, not just at the inital visit, but there as an option every time you pay your invoice.

It's honestly embarrassing for QuickBooks that you have to ask this question and get the obvious answer from so many people.

We are rarely gone, but were when I received this invoice. The invoice due date was dated before I even received the bill.

Once allowed, notify once the auto pay has occurred, by using e- mail notification.

The fact that we can’t do this in 2023 is infuriating and beyond baffling.

I click the “review and pay” button via my email invoice….log in…and see text at the top of the page that says “Turn on autopay to pay on time.” Cool! WHERE????
Pretty ridiculous that theres no option to do that anywhere and that the text isn’t linked! Wtf is that about?
Reviewing this page of feedback makes me wonder if QB/intuit has any developers working there at all. At all?!??

Auto payments seem to be available but how to set this up is not clear.

I fall behind on payments so often because I don't have my wallet right with me and I'm busy. Then the email gets buried in my inbox.
