Initiate auto pay with built in scheduled end date to conclude when final payment to meet owed amount is reached.

I tried to set up autopay on your website but gave up after 6 maddening loops to try and verify my account. Couldn’t figure it out. Maddening!!

No idea how this is not an option yet. Having to ask clients for their card info to set up a recurring monthly payment is unprofessional. Freshbooks, Wave Apps, etc. all have this option.

You should offer monthly pay or the ability for us to pay by credit card.

I set up auto pay with my clients checking account number, all of the forms Quickbooks required, followed all of the instructions to the letter regarding settings, specifically Quickbooks Payment Bank. The transaction did not process when I invoiced the client. I spent 2 hours online with a chat session with a rep who checked all of the settings that were correct. The chat agent had not clue how to fix this and I never got a follow up email that I was supposed to get when this was escalated. My client is ticked off because this is not working. Why is Quickbooks customer service so hard to access, so difficult to use, takes so long, and so terrible with follow up. If this nonsense with Quickbooks keeps up I will find another vendor to provide invoicing and payroll services.
